All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Before use, please examine your merchandise carefully for any shipping inaccuracies or manufacturing defects. Just Name It will replace any defective or damaged merchandise within 14 days from the date we receive your damaged merchandise. Defective items are replaced at no extra charge. Incorrect shipping or defective merchandise MUST be reported to us within 7 days.
Returned goods must be in original and unused condition. Worn or laundered items cannot be exchanged.
Custom items may not be returned for a refund.
Custom items include any and all items that have been embroidered, silk screened, tackle twilled, heat pressed, or digitally printed.
All returns are subject to approval before refunds or exchanges will be made. All returns are the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, protect yourself against loss of returns by sending Insured USPS Mail or lnsured UPS. Please allow 21 days for your exchanged item(s) to be shipped to you. Allow two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your credit card statement for item(s) returned. Any credits issued will be processed in the same manner in which the purchase was made.
